It’s truly hard to believe it is already May. It seems the year has just begun, and here we are at the start of Summer, almost.
As many of you may have noticed, the Las Vegas Real Estate market has been getting a lot more active since Spring has arrived. It’s quite exciting to see the level of interest buyers have in purchasing again, and we continue to see a lot of buyer traffic coming from Southern California as well as the East Coast.

It’s quite exciting to see the level of interest buyers have in purchasing again, and we continue to see a lot of buyer traffic coming from Southern California as well as the East Coast.
In tossing around ideas of how to improve the newsletter and provide more value, we decided to start a new section that will feature local, privately owned, businesses that are owned by clients and friends. The idea of supporting each other’s businesses and having a network that can benefit from each other is something I have been wanting to do for a while.
The first business to be featured is one that ties in wonderfully to Real Estate and that is a concierge service for anything and everything that will make one’s life much easier. I have always said that the approach to the business of the Avi Dan-Goor group is concierge-style, so it only makes sense to feature them.
I am looking forward to featuring more businesses as well as seeing what the Summer months will bring to our market.
