I know it doesn’t feel like Summer is here with the uncharacteristically cooler temperatures we’ve been having in the Valley, but it sure is here. I know most of you won’t complain about it, but I have grown to love the high temperatures and heat as I truly feel it does a body good (at least for me).
Our market seems to be in a great place with a good balance of inventory and activity. We are even seeing multiple offers at times these days, and the luxury segment seems to have picked up its activity. As we jokingly say in Real Estate, if you want to get busy, go on a trip. Well, sure enough I left for week to visit family in Israel and came back to lots of exciting activity with sales and upcoming listings of some unique properties.
Being away and recharging always gets the mind going when coming back, and I am really excited to see what the rest of the summer is going to bring along with it.
In this month’s local business feature, I am spotlighting Christopher Todd Design. I cannot speak highly enough about this one, as I have not only a business relationship and experience with them, but a personal as well, working with Christopher on several projects for clients as well as my own.
