Wow, February is here, and it seems to be already bringing in some warm weather with it. The market has been active these past few weeks and the general feeling is that buyers are realizing the correction is here to stay while all that talk about a crash is finally fading into the background. We have certainly seen an increase in the number of showings across the board, and even the number of new contracts has gone up. I think it won’t be long before we see more and more transactions taking place.
After taking a nice weekend trip to Lake Tahoe, it was full-swing work mode with several new escrows as well as some upcoming listings.
In the 5th installment of the “At Home With Avi” videos, I sat down with my good friend and went to inspector Paul Busch to discuss some of the most frequently asked questions about home inspections that buyers, as well as sellers, have.
